What Can You Accomplish Through the Change Network?
The program is both structured and flexible. Our objective is to empower organizations with the right tools, effective strategies, and the much-needed confidence to implement meaningful changes that will ultimately create a positive ripple effect benefiting all stakeholders involved. With our guidance and support, your team will put equity and inclusion into action with your community. You’ll build authentic community partnerships, listen and learn from new voices, improve institutional programs and policies, and get support from coaches and peers around the world.
Access To a Global Network of Peer Organizations
When you become part of the Change Network, your organization will be teamed up with others that are on a similar path towards building a world in which all people are empowered to share their talents to strengthen their communities — communities in which people feel safe, welcome, and connected to the strangers who cross their paths every day. Working together with peer organizations, you will navigate through a series of practical, hands-on actions designed to enhance the inclusivity of your organization. You will have access to guidance and support from our experienced team, and you'll also learn from the shared experiences of your cohort. This collaborative model not only accelerates the learning process but also fosters a sense of solidarity among different organizations.
One of the unique aspects of the Change Network program is the sense of community it fosters. As you embark on this journey, you won't be alone. Instead, you'll be part of a supportive network of organizations that are all striving towards the same goal of inclusivity. The open exchange of feedback, innovative ideas, and mutual encouragement within the network can be a powerful catalyst for driving change. This sense of community is a cornerstone of our program because it fosters a supportive environment where organizations can grow collectively.

Now is an excellent time to initiate this journey towards inclusivity. We are currently accepting applications for the March 2024 cohort through January 19th, 2024.
